Purdy’s Wallcoverings, Painting and Paperhanging are locally owned and operated by the husband and wife team, Bobby and Gina Purdy.  They are both Sarasota natives.

Bobby has been painting and paperhanging since 1983. He learned the skill of painting from his dad, Bob Purdy who owned his own local painting business for over 30 years. Bobby learned the art of paperhanging from his uncle Jergen Seyfried who is a German Master Paperhanger. Bobby has an eye for detail and the small things that make the difference.

Gina received her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design from Ringling School of Art and Design in 1991 and has worked for several local design establishments since graduating. She has an eye for color and loves wallpaper. She is knowledgeable in many different facets of the industry including paint, fabrics, flooring and space planning.
